Qualifications

• Graduates from related disciplines welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests from initiation to completion.
• Monitor shared team inboxes and prioritise enquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support customer portal administration and account maintenance.
• Assist with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and other commercial activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
