Global Medics AU is seeking an experienced Recruitment Leader to oversee the GP Division. You will lead a high‑performing GP recruitment team, drive performance, coach top billers, and shape strategic plans to grow headcount and revenue.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a strong rewards structure. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, managing client and candidate relationships, and maintaining market presence while personally billing.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with people management
• Experience in recruitment agency or healthcare market advantageous
• Ability to coach, develop recruiters and drive performance

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of the GP division, driving performance and commercial success
• Lead, mentor and develop the GP recruitment team including top billers
• Develop strategic plans to grow headcount, expand market presence and revenue streams
• Oversee candidate attraction activity using headhunting, advertising, referrals, social media and proactive sourcing
• Negotiate with key clients to achieve competitive outcomes and long-term engagements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely delivery and shared success
• Champion a high-performance, values-driven team culture with accountability and recognition
