JPS Recruitment Group is seeking a Medical Recruitment Consultant focused on GP placements in Brisbane. You will own the end-to-end process from sourcing to placement, navigating AHPRA registration and provider numbers while building strong relationships with doctors and practice owners.

You’ll receive structured training, work in a hybrid setup, and have access to a large candidate/client base from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, pharma/medical sales or a similar target-driven role.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable talking with doctors and business owners.
• Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple candidates and clients at once.
• Motivated by earnings and by doing work that matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GPs and practice owners.
• Guide placements through AHPRA registration, provider numbers and relocation.
