Job summary

Responsibilities include researching insights, co-creating service maps, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment with the Digital Service Standard while considering policy implications and stakeholder perspectives.

Qualifications

• Experience applying service design, human-centred design and co-design methods.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and service improvements.
• Map user experiences, service journeys and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and service users.
• Sound judgement when interpreting policy, navigating complexity and sensitive issues.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse insights to understand participant and staff needs.
• Co-create current-state service maps documenting experiences and business processes.
• Co-design process improvements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and service users.
• Advocate for participant perspectives throughout design and decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end service experiences aligned with the Digital Service Standard.
• Evaluate proposed solutions at conceptual and practical levels to support consistent experiences across touchpoints.
