Job summary

Rabmconsultancy is seeking an APS6 Service Designer for a 12-month hybrid role in Sydney/Richmond area. You will conduct user research, facilitate co-design workshops and map service journeys to improve participant experiences. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in human-centred design and user research to inform service improvements.
• Strong facilitation and co-design skills to lead workshops with diverse groups.
• Proven service design capability including journey mapping and process improvement.
