Job summary
Colonial First State is seeking a Senior Manager, Adviser Governance and Review to lead onboarding and ongoing monitoring of third-party advisers and licensees. You will apply specialist expertise to strengthen governance and provide assurance to senior leadership and Boards.
You will partner with Distribution, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to deliver aligned member-focused governance outcomes, while driving the continuous uplift of governance frameworks and using AI-enabled tools to scale
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of financial advice and regulatory framework governing third-party adviser oversight.
- Experience in advice governance, compliance or related financial services function.
Responsibilities
- Execute adviser governance strategy for third-party licensees in line with regulatory obligations.
- Lead onboarding, monitoring and review of third-party advisers and licensees.
- Interpret AI-generated findings and supporting evidence for governance decisions.
- Prepare reporting on risk trends and thematic insights for senior leaders.
- Collaborate across Distribution, Product, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.
