• Substantial knowledge and experience in governance and risk in financial services.
• Experience leading people, building capability and an inclusive culture.
• Experience leading reviews and stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate cross-divisional work.
