Job summary

Colonial First State seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Office of the Responsible Entity, driving governance, regulatory compliance and investor outcomes across the organisation. You will advise the RE Board, oversee service providers, and integrate ESG factors into investment governance and performance evaluation.

You will engage with colleagues across CFS to deliver transformational change, review key policies, and stay abreast of regulatory shifts that affect stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Governance, consulting, legal or risk roles in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record advising on governance, compliance or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support the RE Board in governance to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to improving investor outcomes through strategic initiatives and governance priorities.
• Oversee service providers to ensure obligations are met and challenge the RE’s material providers.
• Provide guidance on investment governance, portfolio management and fiduciary duties.
