Australian Prudential Regulation Authority is seeking a Manager, Governance and Behavioural Risk to strengthen governance practices across APRA-regulated entities. You will lead a team of specialists, provide expert advice, and engage with senior leaders in the financial services industry to influence better governance and risk outcomes.

• Substantial knowledge and experience in governance within financial services.
• Familiarity with culture, remuneration and accountability practices.
• Experience leading people and building capability in teams.
• Proven ability to run interviews and workshops with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-divisional processes and external engagements.
