Job summary

Department of Customer Service in NSW is seeking a Project Officer, Governance to support the Closing the Gap reform program. You will coordinate secretariat functions for Shared Decision-Making Forums and liaise with Aboriginal partners and NSW agencies to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support for Shared Decision-Making Forums, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and action registers.
• Support planning and delivery of activities for the forums and Closing the Gap initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and Aboriginal organisations to coordinate meetings and gather information.
• Prepare briefing notes, correspondence, presentations, and governance papers.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, and other artefacts for delivery and reporting.
