Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a Governance/Trustee Oversight professional to support the Trustee Business Plan and SPS 515 framework. You will ensure robust governance, oversight of key service providers, and clear accountability across risk and compliance teams.

You’ll analyze provider data, prepare management papers, and contribute to governance forums to support informed trustee decision‑making. Hybrid work options and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for papers and reports.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and providers.
• Knowledge of prudential/regulatory obligations (SPS 515, CPS 230).
• Experience in risk, governance, oversight, or service provider management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of material service providers and governance processes.
• Analyse provider reporting and incident data to identify risks.
• Prepare papers for trustee committees with recommendations.
• Review product governance impacts against obligations like DDO and TMD.
• Monitor governance controls, business continuity, and remediation actions.
• Support reporting and escalation of overdue actions.
• Contribute to governance forums and decision-making reporting.
• Oversee communications controls and disclosures improvements.
