HUB24 is seeking a Controls Assurance professional to lead risk-based testing and reviews of key controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable risk management across the HUB24 Group. Reporting to the Senior Manager Controls Assurance, you will identify gaps, propose practical improvements, and contribute to the annual assurance plan while supporting audit readiness and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law, Finance or Business is required or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years’ experience in controls assurance, audit, risk or compliance in financial services.
• Experience in Australian financial services, wealth management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct risk-based testing and reviews of key risk and compliance controls.
• Provide independent oversight of risk-taking activities across HUB24 Group.
• Identify control gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Monitor effectiveness of Risk Management Framework and culture.
• Support annual Controls Assurance Plan and integration with Internal Audit.
• Prepare assurance reporting for stakeholders and leadership.

Ausbildung
