Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney seeks a Governance and Oversight Manager, Incident Management to lead oversight of incidents, breaches and complaints with outsourced service providers. You will support an effective outsourcing framework, investigate issues, and drive remediation and risk controls.

The role partners with compliance, investment managers, custodians and administrators, delivering reporting and insights for management and boards.

Competenze

• Degree in law, business, accounting or economics.
• At least three years of financial services experience, ideally with exposure to managed funds.
• Experience monitoring administrators or registry providers, or risk/compliance in incidents.
• Knowledge of managed investment schemes and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Mansioni

• Manage incidents, breaches and complaints involving outsourced service providers.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and highlight control weaknesses or emerging risks.
• Review and challenge remediation plans, ensuring actions are delivered effectively and on time.
• Assess service provider performance and risk exposures, including oversight of SLAs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to promote risk, compliance and customer outcomes.
• Prepare reporting, analysis and insights for management, committees and boards.
• Drive continuous improvements to incident management processes and governance practices.
