Job summary

REST Industry Super is seeking a Manager, Governance to lead the effective operation of P&C governance, maintain key registers and records, and support committee reporting. You will collaborate with the GM, People Solutions and subject matter experts to respond to priorities and ensure governance activities are well organised and documented.

In this role you will drive compliance with FAR, CPS 511 and other regulatory requirements, maintain policy registers, and coordinate review cycles across

Qualifications

• Relevant governance, risk or compliance experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating governance processes, maintaining registers and reporting.
• Knowledge of CPS 511, FAR and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&C governance calendar, governance paper flow and action logs for the GM.
• Maintain governance records for remuneration and risk processes with SMEs.
• Ensure FAR and APRA CPS 511 governance requirements are met across records and decisions.
• Maintain P&C policy and procedure registers with version control and attestations.
• Maintain the obligations register under relevant acts and standards.
• Oversee supplier governance, spend visibility and contract governance for P&C.
• Support governance reporting with evidence and action tracking.
