Snowy Hydro seeks an experienced Governance Manager to lead and oversee governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across major infrastructure and energy projects. You will champion compliance standards, provide transparent reporting, and embed a culture of ethics and safety throughout the organisation.

The role involves designing governance structures, aligning risk with ARM outputs, and delivering high-quality regulatory submissions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Law, Project Management or related field.
• Experience leading governance on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong ability to simplify regulatory requirements for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and operationalise governance structures and delegations of authority workflows.
• Coordinate risk management and audits; maintain project assurance maps.
• Deliver comprehensive reports to the Chief Delivery Officer and Project Leadership Team.
• Engage Workstream Leads and senior functions to embed governance in daily activities.
