Job summary

Hollard Insurance is seeking a Senior Third-Party Governance professional to oversee CPS 230 compliance across its third party supply chain. You will lead governance activities, drive risk-aware practices, and support business owners in delivering required outcomes while enhancing customer experiences.

You will promote a culture of risk awareness, develop governance tools, and collaborate with Hollard Departments to improve third party arrangements and partner NPS.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in General Insurance/short tail.
• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of operational practices and policies.
• Risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of CPS 230 requirements, including monitoring and reporting on adherence across third party arrangements.
• Make sure Business Owners understand their Third Party Governance obligations, and support them to deliver the required outcomes.
• Ensure ongoing delivery and adherence to the Third Party Governance Quality Framework.
• Provide timely feedback and insights to the Procurement and Service Provider Governance team on trends, concerns or opportunities within Third Party Governance or Quality Audit areas.
• Deliver clear, engaging presentations and training to business owners and other stakeholders to build understanding of Third Party Governance requirements.
• Provide Third Party Governance expertise to the Hollard Departments, supporting high-quality customer experiences and satisfaction that lift NPS for our Partner brands.
