Job summary

ASX, powering Australia's financial markets, seeks a Delivery Lead for compliance and governance to oversee the Governance workstream of the Accelerate Program. You will own planning, execution, and reporting, coordinating with Stream Leadership and Central Enablement to manage delivery and risks across multiple streams.

You will drive alignment, implement delivery packages, develop reporting material and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large or complex programs/projects.
• Exposure to Corporate Governance at board and management level.
• Hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall) with governance and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Leading and delivering transformation initiatives.
• Delivery management, risk management, reporting and change management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Autonomous working style and collaborative teamwork.
• Strong reporting to senior leadership and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Governance workstream of the Accelerate Program, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Own high-level planning, execution, and overall progress tracking for the workstream.
• Work with Stream Leadership and Central Enablement to manage delivery, risks, sequencing and alignment.
• Drive alignment across teams to meet timelines, quality standards and business outcomes.
• Define and implement workstream delivery packages and sequencing.
• Lead development of reporting material and assess statuses against delivery experience.
• Deliver accurate reporting of status, risks and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee change control and scope governance for the workstream.
• Ensure artefacts meet program quality standards and evidence requirements.
• Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership and collaboration.
• Engage in PM Community of Practice to uplift capability and delivery excellence.
