Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Fund Project and Compliance Manager to deliver fund governance, regulatory changes and client service across a portfolio of managed funds. You will coordinate climate reporting changes, DDO reviews and product governance with RE Services teams.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in law, business or accounting, 3+ years in financial services, and strong project and stakeholder management. Hybrid work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in law, business or accounting.
• At least three years of financial services experience.
• Experience with climate-related disclosures, DDO reviews, or product governance is valued.
• Strong project, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes within fund governance and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheme change assessments, amendments and transactions from planning through to implementation.
• Coordinate legal documentation, contract negotiations and board approvals.
• Manage climate reporting changes across in-scope RE funds.
• Plan quarterly DDO reviews and assess TMDs and product governance information.
• Support client relationships and governance across the Client Management team.
