Job summary

Bupa is seeking a BMVS Governance Lead to strengthen clinical and operational governance across BMVS, ensuring we meet contractual, regulatory and compliance obligations. Qualifications

• Significant governance, risk and assurance experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in incident and complaint management, safety and quality
• Experience in audits, risk assessments and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident and complaint management from investigation through remediation.
• Maintain oversight of corrective actions arising from audits, incidents and regulatory reviews.
• Lead clinical and operational risk and assurance assessments to strengthen controls.
• Coordinate plans to remain compliant and aligned with review cycles.
• Deliver quarterly governance reporting across BMVS, APAC and Board reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with coordination and stakeholder liaison.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement using data insights.
• Chair governance forums and provide oversight across BMVS Communities of Practice.
• Oversee SharePoint governance and document management standards.
• Collaborate with BMVS and Customer Experience teams to improve customer outcomes based on insights.
