Job summary

Veolia is seeking a highly organised Governance and Business Systems Coordinator to join the Gold Coast Desalination Plant team in Tugun. This permanent role with hybrid working arrangements supports senior governance meetings, business systems, document control and quality processes to ensure decisions are recorded and information is well managed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate senior governance meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
• Prepare meeting papers, monthly reports and approval documents.
• Maintain governance records and track decisions and actions.
• Maintain and continually improve the Business Management System.
• Coordinate document reviews and manage controlled records.
• Support internal, client and external audits.
• Maintain engineering documents, drawings and site registers.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

The opportunity

Veolia is seeking a highly organised Governance and Business Systems Coordinator to join the team at the Gold Coast Desalination Plant in Tugun 4224.

This is a varied and influential administration role supporting senior governance meetings, business systems, document control and quality processes. You will help ensure decisions are clearly recorded, information is well managed and the site’s Business Management System continues to improve.

You will work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders while enjoying the security of a permanent role and hybrid working arrangements.
