You will supervise a large team, identify training needs, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth setup and pack down of service areas within required time frames. Strong presentation and under-pressure performance are essential.

• RSA and RSG would be advantageous.

• have a sound wine, cocktail andfood product knowledge
• have a consistent approach to delivering the highest level of service
• would ideally have a RSA & RSG
