Job summary

EVT Limited's Event Cinemas on the Gold Coast is hiring a customer service focused team member to join our cinema and food service team. You will prepare and serve Gold Class menu items, manage the register, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across cinema and retail duties.

In this role you’ll maintain HACCP standards, handle stock and waste, support campaigns, and contribute to a friendly, safe environment for guests and colleagues. RSA certification is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cinema retail preferred.
• RSA certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Gold Class menu items to recipe specifications.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Monitor storage, waste and freshness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address feedback.
• Open/close shift procedures and maintain area.
