Job summary

EVT Group is seeking a friendly Gold Class Cinema Employee Level 2 for Event Cinemas Springfield. You will deliver warm, polished guest service and help create memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.

Lead by example during peak times, coordinate food and beverage with the kitchen, and ensure high standards of service, safety and guest satisfaction across shifts. RSA and food safety knowledge are essential, with opportunities for career growth within EVT.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality or fast-paced food and beverage environments.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a busy customer-facing setting.
• Excellent guest communication and service orientation.
• Current RSA certificate required.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional Gold Class experiences with warm, polished service.
• Lead from the front during busy periods to keep the team energized and cohesive.
• Coordinate food and beverage service with pace and accuracy, ensuring high presentation standards.
• Build rapport with guests and respond confidently to requests or concerns.
• Coach and motivate team members to maintain service standards across shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen and cinema teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, RSA compliance and WHS standards.
