Job summary

Event Cinemas Castle Hill is seeking a Gold Class Kitchen Manager to lead the in-house Gold Class kitchen, delivering hot, high-quality meals that elevate the movie-going experience. You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold food quality, stock control, and coach a small kitchen team behind the pass.

In this hands-on leadership role you’ll drive HACCP compliance, oversee inventory, and partner with service teams to maintain speed and consistency during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Experience managing stock, food costs and menu compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Gold Class kitchen.
• Ensure meals are prepared, presented and served to company standards.
• Maintain recipe compliance and product consistency across menu items.
• Support efficient, high-quality service during peak periods.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised and guest-ready.
