Job summary

EVT Group is seeking a Cinema Employee Level 2 (18yrs+) to support Gold Class/Boutique operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role involves routine supervision, flexible work across cinema areas, and participation in campaigns to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ticketing, food and beverage prep, stock presentation, safety, and maintaining high hygiene standards. NSW RSA and basic numeracy are required for daily tasks and till operations.

Qualifications

• NSW RSA required.
• Basic Maths and English literacy.
• Cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle general cinema duties.
• Operate the register and assist with ticketing and sales.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the work area and public spaces.
