Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead operations at a premium Melbourne office asset. The role focuses on asset performance, tenant relationships and high-level team leadership in a dynamic market.

You will drive strategic initiatives, sustainability, and financial performance while maintaining strong governance and risk management. Expressions of interest are invited for this high-profile position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Victorian Agents Representative Licence or Real Estate Licence is required.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role within premium office assets.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and property management.
• Advanced contract management and legal interpretation skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of the Melbourne commercial office market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Asset Management & Strategy activities including strategic plans for asset positioning, leasing, capital works and marketing initiatives.
• Drive Tenant Retention & Satisfaction through loyalty programs, lease renewals, and proactive tenant engagement.
• Enhance Financial Performance via budget management and revenue optimisation across services.
• Provide Leadership & Stakeholder Management, building strong partnerships with owners, investors, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee Compliance & Risk Management with adherence to legislation, safety, and contract governance.
