JLL is seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager in Melbourne to lead the delivery of lease administration services for a key account portfolio. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, drive KPI performance, and mentor a team of Lease Administration professionals.

Reporting to the Director of Lease Administration, this role requires strong leadership, financial operations expertise, and a proactive approach to process improvement, SOC1 compliance, and data

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent Real Estate/Finance background.
• Experience leading lease administration teams and delivering KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, contracts, and rent roll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease administration across the key account portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery against KPIs.
• Oversee reporting, compliance, and SOC1-aligned documentation.
• Mentor Lease Administration staff and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliations.
