Job summary

Betty's Burgers is seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional to become Restaurant General Manager in Toowoomba. You will report to the Operations Manager, drive the business forward, and oversee front and back of house operations with a hands-on leadership style.

You will lead the new drive-through opening, manage costs and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and drive-through, while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality or QSR environments.
• Experience managing drive-through operations and peak-traffic periods.
• Strong business acumen with focus on costs and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and drive guest satisfaction.
• Lead the opening and ongoing operations of a new drive-through.
• Meet financial objectives through efficient cost management.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new business.
• Control purchasing costs and inventory levels.
• Maintain policies and standard operating procedures across teams.
• Recruit, onboard, train, roster, coach and motivate staff.
• Ensure seamless service across dine-in, takeaway, delivery and drive-through.
