Job summary

Betty's Burgers Canberra is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a fast-moving team in a high-volume kitchen. You will ensure quality food and service while maintaining brand standards and a positive workplace culture.

You will manage opening/closing procedures, train and mentor staff, and uphold Betty’s values of authentic hospitality and integrity in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with weekend and night shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of food prep and service.
• Capable of training and mentoring staff and managing rosters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant/kitchen presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure Team Members represent Betty’s in a positive manner.
• Train and mentor Team Members.
• Ensure operating, opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Lead by example in all aspects of kitchen operations.
