Job summary

Betty's Burgers Canberra is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver high‑quality guest experiences. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will manage opening/closing, rostering, training and SOP implementation in a fast‑moving setting.

You will supervise a large team, maintain standards of presentation and service, and ensure professionalism under pressure while working a flexible roster including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations.
• Experience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Betty's is continuing to grow with more and more people wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience. We are now seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role ofAssistantManager!
