Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years proven record of working in a busy commercial kitchen.
• Prior experience cooking/baking Gluten Free products.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh, modern, gluten free cuisine, ensuring food quality is at a consistently high standard
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient, seamless service
• Assisting with menu development and recipe creation
• Ensuring a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen
