Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Global Workplace Experience and Operations Manager in Melbourne to lead the Camper Experience team and shape how our global workplaces operate. You will drive safe, well-run offices and deliver exceptional employee experiences across APAC, North America and EMEA, connecting strategy with facilities, real estate, health and safety, events, vendors and budgets.

You will partner with People, Technology, Finance, Risk and Internal Communications, working with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workplace, facilities, real estate or related operations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance, risk management and emergency preparedness.
• Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to support a team working across regions and time zones.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects and a broad group of stakeholders.
• A service-focused approach and a genuine interest in employee experience, events and connection.
• The ability and willingness to work from our Melbourne office four days each week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Camper Experience team across APAC, North America and EMEA.</n>Oversee global facilities and real estate, including leases, office changes, maintenance and workplace standards.
• Set and improve workplace health, safety, compliance and emergency-preparedness practices.
• Shape a global events and workplace experience strategy that supports connection across hubs and remote Camper population.
• Manage workplace vendors, contracts and budgets. Set clear expectations for service and delivery.
• Build reliable operating processes for inspections, safety reporting, service requests and operational reporting.
• Use workplace information to guide priorities and improvements.
