HSBC Bank Australia Limited is seeking a senior product leader for Global Trade Solutions. You will drive product strategy, go-to-market execution, and partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, interfacing with sales and clients to shape digital innovation and ESG-aligned offerings.

You will lead a small team, manage product financials and governance, and translate market trends into actionable roadmaps that support business growth and regulatory compliance across the region.

Formación

• Significant global trade finance experience, ideally within a global financial services organisation.
• Ability to lead product strategy, go-to-market design and partnerships with industry players.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design go-to-market product strategy with regional and global inputs, including ESG and digital innovation.
• Lead a small team and drive commercialisation of GTS products in Australia and NZ.
• Interface with sales, industry and clients to prioritise enhancements and technology investments.
• Develop training and governance for product adoption and market trend education.
