Job summary

UNSW College in Sydney is seeking a proactive TNE Operations and Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a full-time fixed-term basis until 14 January 2028.

You will oversee administrative and operational frameworks for our Transnational Education programs, integrate new providers, monitor compliance, and manage onboarding and training for teaching staff, working closely with cross-functional teams to support high-quality student experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in coordination and administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and solve problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases, including student management systems.
• Commitment to diversity and providing an outstanding student experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and implementation of administrative and operational frameworks for TNE programs.
• Lead integration of new TNE providers and centres into UNSW College systems.
• Monitor provider compliance with academic and student support obligations.
• Manage teacher onboarding, induction, and training compliance.
• Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
