Job summary

UNSW College is seeking a TNE Operations and Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of its transnational education network. This full-time fixed-term role runs until 14 January 2028 and focuses on operational coordination, provider engagement, and compliance across international education partnerships in Asia.

The role works closely with education partners, academic teams and professional staff to support high-quality education and positive outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive experience in coordination and administration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement administrative and operational frameworks supporting the delivery, compliance, and growth of tne programs
• Lead the establishment and integration of new tne providers and centres into UNSW College systems
• Maintain accurate records and communicate information effectively to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and support provider compliance with academic, student support, admissions, and enrolment obligations alongside the Senior TNE Coordinator
• Coordinate the provision and dissemination of key operational and education resources
• Manage teacher onboarding processes within UNSW College systems
• Deliver induction activities and coordinate professional development resources
• Oversee training compliance
