AA Appointments is seeking a Travel Operations & Ticketing Specialist in Brisbane. The role focuses on acting as the SME for global ticketing, handling complex issues and leading automation projects, including AI integration.

You will support multiple stakeholders across account management and implementation teams, with a view to identifying efficiency gains and streamlining processes in a dynamic travel environment.

Formación

• Exceptional fares knowledge and manual ticketing skills required.
• Strong GDS skills across Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end ticket cycle including BSP, exchanges and refunds.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for global ticketing and manage escalated ticketing issues.
• Lead automation projects including AI integration.
• Support stakeholders across Account Management and implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
