Job summary

AA Appointments is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for global ticketing to handle escalated issues, drive automation projects and support cross-functional teams. The role demands exceptional fares knowledge and broad GDS experience across Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.

You will lead improvements in the end-to-end ticket cycle, BSP processes and refunds, with a focus on AI-assisted solutions and airline technical support.

Qualifications

• Exceptional fares knowledge and manual ticketing skills required.
• Strong GDS skills across Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end ticket cycle: BSP, exchanges and refunds.
• Background in airline technical support desirable.
• Experience with NDC content and GDS integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated and complex ticketing operational issues.
• Act as the technical lead for automation projects including AI integration.
• Support stakeholders across Account Management and implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
