WOW Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a sponsorship and partnerships marketing lead to own activations for a global market leader, driving high-profile partnerships such as Formula 1 and major sporting events. You will plan and run real activations, from beachside events with DJs to hospitality at premier venues, backed by a business that funds these partnerships properly.

You will manage end-to-end activations, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and ensure consistent brand execution

Competenze

Around 5 years' experience in events, activations, sponsorship or partnership marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating with agencies and vendors.

Mansioni

Own relationships with major sponsorship and event partners from planning through to delivery.
Run activations end to end, covering logistics, vendors, budgets and on the day execution.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and internal teams across the business.
Coordinate with in-house digital and PR teams to amplify activations across social, EDM and press.
Maintain brand consistency across all partner activity.
