Wow Recruitment is seeking a Senior Brand Sponsorship and Partnerships Specialist to own sponsorship and partnership marketing for a global leader, handling activations from planning to delivery. The role offers exposure to high-profile events including Formula 1 and major sport/culture partnerships.

You will plan and run activations, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and ensure brand consistency while managing budgets and logistics. Occasional interstate travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' experience in events, activations, sponsorship or partnership marketing.
• Background in service-based industry is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events (interstate)

Responsabilités

Senior Brand Sponsorship and Partnerships Specialist

Sydney | $115,000 + Super + Up to 16% BonusThis is a rare chance to own sponsorship and partnership marketing for a global market leader, with a portfolio that includes Formula 1, Australian Fashion Week and a range of major sporting and community partnerships.

You will plan and run real activations, from beachside events with DJs to F1 hospitality in Melbourne, backed by a business that funds these partnerships properly rather than making you fight for budget. If you love the buzz of event day and want your work tied to some of the biggest brands in sport and culture, this is as good as it gets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning relationships with major sponsorship and event partners from planning through to delivery
• Running activations end to end, covering logistics, vendors, budgets and on the day execution
• Managing relationships with agencies, vendors and internal teams across the business
• Coordinating with in-house digital and PR teams to amplify activations across social, EDM and press
• Maintaining brand consistency across all partner activity

What You'll Bring

• Around 5 years' experience in events, activations, sponsorship or partnership marketing
• A background from any industry is welcome, though experience in a service based business is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and vendors at once
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events (e.g. interstate for major activations)
