Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth to lead the strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating PLG engine for a global cloud technology business. You will own product-led ARR, driving acquisition, freemium conversion, expansion and retention.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, optimize monetization, onboarding, and international growth, and push AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• Proven PLG leadership in SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Ability to own ARR, freemium conversion, and retention.
• Translate complex products into self-serve experiences.
• Lead growth with Marketing, Product, Eng, and Sales.
• Experience with funnel optimization and retention metrics.
• Knowledge of developer workflows and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth: ARR from signup to retention.
• Develop scalable growth programs and international targets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization and optimize onboarding/conversion.
• Improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Establish metrics, test hypotheses, and optimize growth.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted development opportunities.
