Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Delegated Administrator to join our Global Services team in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will provide Level 2 Salesforce and Front Office support, manage user access, and maintain data integrity across platforms while developing reports to meet business needs.

You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive platform adoption, participate in improvement projects, and share best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role with Salesforce.
• Strong IT skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.
• Attention to detail, process-driven with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications and knowledge of Schneider Electric systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact and provide Level 2 technical support for Salesforce and Front Office platform users, escalating issues where required.
• Manage user administration activities including account creation, updates, role assignments, security access and deactivations.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across platforms with Data Stewards on ownership changes and mass updates.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and views to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with local champions, coach business leaders and train other global support teams.
• Participate in system improvement projects, process enhancements and administration communities.
• Act as platform-specific backup and reference during team absences.
• Collaborate with Delegated Administrator peers across our global network.
