ThinkOn Inc. in Australia is seeking a Sales Director to own Australia sales end-to-end, from strategy and pipeline to forecast and deal closure. You will lead a small team and drive revenue growth across the partner ecosystem with strong support from Revenue Ops and Marketing.

You will own top-of-funnel to close, build partnerships, coach direct reports, and close strategic opportunities while advancing channel and cross-sell motions in a remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• Proven quota attainment in IT/cloud/MSP markets.
• Experience hiring, coaching and developing sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Australia sales end-to-end strategy, pipeline, forecast, and execution.
• Lead and grow a direct team of three (CAM, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales).
• Build and manage partner relationships for co-sell motion across accounts.
• Collaborate with regional/global ops and marketing to hit targets.
