Job summary

Monoova seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead revenue strategy across sales, partnerships, client success and marketing. Reporting to the CEO, you will define the commercial roadmap, drive growth, manage key client relationships and negotiate strategic deals to propel international expansion.

The candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in financial services or fintech, with experience in scaling teams and driving revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue teams (Global Sales, Client Success, Marketing) and partner with Product.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, partners and external parties across Australia and globally.
• Drive commercial growth by expanding channels and identifying new opportunities.
• Define and communicate the vision for commercial excellence and growth.
• Play a lead role in marketing/brand positioning and industry representation.
• Improve internal processes to ensure timely, efficient customer service.
