Job summary

Monoova is seeking a Head of Operations in Sydney to lead client and business operations across Domestic Payments and FX. You will own day-to-day performance, maturity and continuous improvement of teams handling account maintenance, settlements, reconciliations, collections and client technical support.

You will embed standardised processes, drive automation and AI initiatives, and build a resilient operating model to support growth and a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record leading operations teams and driving performance.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and metrics.
• Experience with process design, controls and automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations function across account maintenance, transaction management, settlements and client technical support.
• Drive COOs priorities into clear operational plans, service standards and rhythms.
• Build a high-accountability Operations culture focused on quality and client outcomes.
• Oversee SLA, workflow design and reporting using Jira, CRM and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, scheme and banking requirements.
