Job summary

Hychem International Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Purchasing professional to source critical goods for its Flooring and Infrastructure teams. You will manage supplier relationships, place orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires importing/exporting exposure, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously within a small, capable team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated purchasing experience in a previous role.
• Imports/exports experience an advantage.
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Promptly placing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitoring orders and following up to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Receiving stock in a timely manner.
• Build strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure supplier invoice accuracy.
