Job summary

Cult Design is seeking a Procurement Manager to centralize procurement, manage international inbound shipping, and ensure inventory data integrity across all business units. You will lead a 4-person offshore team in the Philippines and collaborate across Sales, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.

The role balances strategic supply coordination with hands-on leadership, driving efficiency and strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced SME environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
Experience with furniture or homeware freight is advantageous.
Knowledge of Incoterms and freight documentation.
Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a 4-person offshore team in the Philippines.
Oversee end-to-end purchasing across brands and categories.
Manage international inbound shipping and freight forwarders.
Maintain stock data integrity and coordinate stock allocations.
Collaborate with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production.
