Job summary

Cult Design is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead centralised procurement, international inbound shipping, and inventory data integrity across its design divisions. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will balance strategic procurement with hands-on leadership of an offshore team in the Philippines and close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Showroom teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience handling large/complex freight needs (furniture/homeware) is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and data-analytic skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across brands and categories.
• Oversee international inbound shipping, freight forwarding, and customs.
• Maintain stock data integrity and coordinate stock allocations for new collections and campaigns.
• Mentor and coach an offshore team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
