Job summary

CEVA Logistics invites an experienced General Manager, Procurement to lead regional procurement across the Pacific and own the APAC facilities management category. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cross-country collaboration with senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the broader APAC region, with flexibility to work across time zones and hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement and category leadership within a large multinational.
• Proven ability to lead procurement across multiple countries or regional environments.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and business-minded skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and diverse functions.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, facilities management or related indirect procurement.
• Flexible to collaborate across regional and global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across the Pacific, partnering with senior stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
• Develop and execute the APAC Facilities Management category strategy (cleaning, utilities, repairs, security, waste, etc.).
• Lead a regional procurement team and provide category leadership.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and programs delivering savings and value.
• Aggregate demand and consolidate suppliers across CEVA Logistics and CMA CGM.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to implement group strategies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, finance and legal.
• Monitor market developments and introduce best practices in Facilities Management.
