Based in Queensland, you will oversee all stages from acquisition through to settlement, leading a small team and acting as the main liaison with executives, consultants and authorities.

The role is permanent, full-time and based in-office in Queensland, with responsibilities spanning multiple state projects.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Development Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of high-density projects from acquisition and planning through to delivery, handover, and settlement. You will lead a small, growing team and act as the primary link between executive leadership, internal teams, external consultants, and planning authorities.

Location: QLD based (covering NSW & QLD projects)
