HR Partners is seeking a Development Manager for a global luxury developer delivering premium high-rise residential and mixed-use projects in NSW and QLD. Based in Queensland, you will oversee all stages from acquisition through to settlement, leading a small team and acting as the main liaison with executives, consultants and authorities.

The role is permanent, full-time and based in-office in Queensland, with responsibilities spanning multiple state projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle of high-density, high-rise and mixed-use developments from acquisition and planning to delivery, handover and settlement.
• Lead a small but growing team and coordinate with executive leadership, internal teams, external consultants and planning authorities.
